SHIPPING
Orders purchased from Banzo are packaged with great care in our signature packaging. Orders to destinations within Mexico and around the world ship with DHL Express. We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, and we appreciate your patience. Kindly allow an additional 9 business days to estimated shipping time for orders containing Personalized or Customized items. SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Orders to international destinations outside of Mexico ship with DHL Express. Duties or taxes may need to be paid upon delivery depending on the destination policies. All orders shipped from Banzo to destinations outside of Mexico will be shipped with a Commercial Invoice - no exceptions shall be made.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Please track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation of shipment email.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges can be made if the client covers the shipping costs.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please email hello@banzo.world within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of any damages or omissions. Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Banzo will provide you with a full replacement, exchange or refund. We may decline to replace, exchange or refund damaged or missing items should you fail to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
